Super happy and grateful that my wife and me met Sean Branom at RV ONE. He was really helpful and genuine helping us acquire our first RV. Sean was patient with us to find us exactly what we wanted and needed for our budget. He is not your typical car salesman that is only seeing you as a number or as profit. Eddie the finance manger did his magic to get us approved with numbers we gave him and he made it happens. My wife and I recently purchased a new RV and Alex was our salesperson. He did a terrific job and made sure to explain everything in great detail. We've had a couple small problems with the RV since the purchase and Alex has been a great help. We also worked with Javier in the finance department and he was also a big help. Although we've been very happy with the sales process I cannot say the same about service. We were assigned a service rep... who never returns phone calls and when is forced into calling us she greets us with a lot of attitude. We love our new rig and give five stars to Alex and Javier. Zero Stars for the service department.read more

Our experience with the sales person, Ashley and the entire team at Orlando RV was great! Ashley spent time with us explaining everything regarding the Jayco Precept and answered all our questions with expertise and knowledge. The store manager was very helpful with our accessories purchase and the technicians fixed everything that we requested before we left the lot. The finance guy was really nice and pleasant. The Service Department headed by Ashlynn Straughan at RV One Orlando did a terrific job prepping our new Airstream Pottery Barn for the road. We took our maiden voyage with absolutely no problems at all!This is our 2nd Airstream purchased from RV One and our sales professional was Scott Lafferty both times who did a great job!I highly recommend purchasing your RV from RV One in Orlando for excellent service!

I have been looking for a travel trailer for me to enjoy and young lady Ashley had answered me online and have met her the next day at store and she showed me a unit and was going to pay cash for it but had really decided to go with something newer and worked hard and found me unit I checked it out and I was really impressed with it and have felt really comfortable and not pressure and overbearing in buying it she is very knowledgeable! On unit... and always had a answer or got the answer and Steven in finance department had worked very hard to get my payments where is comfortable and was able to get me a warranty I am very happy with the sales and finance department and with walk through there is only five stars on this site which is far not enough for this team 10 star's I would highly recommend Orlando RV if I buy another one I definitely will be back to buy another one from themread more

Service guy that installed my fifth wheel hitch had to bust his butt. But he did a great job and took a little longer than expected .Some items were overlooked from dealer prep of the trailer.Most have been corrected some I will repair myself as it is easier than disconnecting from site and tow it hour to dealership to fix plus starting full time living in it.A lot of it could have been avoided on demo day if the dealership had followed the... full check list that day or two days later when I picked it up.Service manager Ashlyn has been professional and courteous to rectify issues.Salesman Sean was low key and informative. I was impressed with Orlando RV( RV one) through the entire process. From the beginning when my TT final arrived, I was notified by Javier Castillo in finance. We talked and set up a schedule that worked for us.We paid for the TT on a Monday and set up the demonstration for Wednesday. During the payment meeting, there was no badgering or high pressure from Javier for the different warranty packages. He had already sent me those warranties... ahead of the meeting so that saved time. It was quick and professional.On Wednesday we had our demo led by Louie. Louie is a seasoned pro. He is very patient as he went thru about a 2 hour walk thru of the TT. My wife said he would have been a great teacher.What I thought was the last part of the process was Jason the hitch man explaining the install of the weight distribution hitch. But that wasn’t everything.So the next day Thursday, I took the trailer out to practice backing, driving and setting the brake control setup with my truck and TT.I noticed some problems with a major component of the weight distribution hitch and actually detached it at the practice site. By then it was 6:45 pm. I called service and Cortney McLean answered, listened, offered advice and then told me to bring the TT back to them early the next morning.The next morning I brought the TT and then actually met Cortney McLean in person for the first time. Jason the hitch man was there as well. I explained what I was doing the day before and what happened and pointed out a flaw in the major component of the weight distribution hitch. I was very concerned because I felt the part would have to be be shipped to the manufacturer and I could see weeks before that major part returned holding up a big trip later in August. Jason and Cortney chatted and then left. I told them I had to go to the RR.When I returned Jason had returned with a brand new major component that he had taken from another box( I thought I had bought the last box of that WD hitch)), and within a few minutes Jason had me all set up ready to go. Wow, that took a huge weight off my shoulders and showed me that Cortney and Jason went above the call of duty because they knew how important that hitch was to our trip, and waiting for that part was not possible.Based on my experience, Orlando RV has shown me that they are a company that cares and showed that all the way thru the process from beginning to end— and even after.read more

We bought our first travel trailer on July 2nd (Holiday weekend) and within 24 hours we had a major water issue. Our sales person, Derek was attentive and compassionate and communicated our situation to the Service Manager-Ashlyn and other managers. Even though it was a holiday weekend, I received a call on the 4th of July from Ashlyn, troubleshooting the situation, staying in communication, and by the end of that week, we were able to get the... answers needed to find a solution. Many staff members and management worked diligently to help us resolve a major problem that was not our own. I cannot thank General Manager Cindy enough for her assistance and her tireless efforts to assist me with a resolution and even worked with me after I made a decision to upgrade into a larger unit. Every person that we met with from Steven in finance to the lovely lady Nachi that helped us with final deposits and paperwork were all amazing to work with. A shout out to Eric in parts and the great guys Frank and Rodrigo who walked through demos (very thorough) on the two different travel trailers that we purchased. We love our new travel trailer. When and if the time comes and we upgrade again, I will be calling Derek at the Orlando RV One Superstore in Casselberry.read more

While we haven’t made a purchase yet, I’ll say we were treated with respect and kindness here. As soon as we decide on the best fit rv for us, we’ll be back. Unlike other RV dealers, I felt super comfortable asking questions and they were great in answering.

I am only giving RV One Orlando RV 5 stars because of the service advisor Angela. We bought a 2022 Olympia on December 31st 2021 and took it on a trip January 15th 2022 and the bed broke and the roof was messed up. I contacted RV One about the repairs and Angela was outstanding on getting the parts and repairing the bed. The bed broke on January 15th and they didn't get the travel trailer in for repairs until May 17th but Angela has been great... about communicating with me and getting the repairs done properly and the shop supervisor Eric is also great about repairing RV's. Alex our salesperson was also great during the sale and taking the time to show us travel trailers on the lot before deciding on the new one but Cindy the manager of RV One Orlando RV doesn't care about the customer after the sale. I contacted her over a month ago about the repair of our travel trailer and still haven't received a call from her yet and I only got a call from her the day I called because I called the store and threatened to call Action 9 news and she called me back around 7:30pm and said she would get with the service manager Ashlynn and would call me the next morning after her morning meeting and I still haven't received the call from her to this day over a month ago. I was never going to buy another travel trailer from RV One but thanks to Angela I am having a different outlook at RV One because she has gone above and beyond to get out travel trailer repaired. The parts department Eric is also a great person to deal with at RV One he has helped me and my Wife beyond anything ever expected about what we needed to get started in the camping world as we are new travel trailer owners and his knowledge is just unbelievable about the parts and things they sell in their store. Thank you RV One for having Alex, Eric and Angela as employees.read more

I stopped in to look at a newer Class C since ours was older. Sean the sales person I met was awesome. Super down to earth and not pushy at all. He listened to what my concerns were and what we were looking for. Got us into a newer used model Class A with low mileage. I saw some things that needed repairs and they had them done the day of pick up. Less the a week we had our new Rig. Javier in finance awesome guy and very clear. Rodrigo... that did our walk through and training awesome guy. Overall this was a great experience. Can’t forget Lou in the shop. He showed me every detail to what he fixed. Highly recommend them if you are looking to start RVing or trading up.read more

Was traveling in the area when we smelled propane and the stove stopped working. Between Cortney and the shop foreman (Valento sp) they found a disconnected hose and within 30 minutes had us back on the road! They took the time to ensure nothing else was wrong and there were no leaks. Great service!

Terri was absolutely terrific. Super down to earth, attentive, does what she says she will do. Service and delivery experience was thorough and easy. Bought from out of town and they let us stay the night to get things transferred from one to another and we're right there along the way to make sure we were well taken care of. WILDLY different from our experience with the "Worldly" ones. Thanks Terri, you are a gem of a human ❤️

5 stars because I promised Eric in sales I would because he very graciously stayed available in parts after close when I was desperate for a power cord for my 5th wheel and could not make it before close. Thank you very much Eric. I would love to give a second 1 star review for the price the dealership charged. I was shocked and searched online for the exact same part number after buying and it is around HALF what they charged (259+tax) not just... at online retailers but in person at other dealers. When I am in the area again I will be avoiding this dealer for sure.read more

We just started our adventure as RV'ers and my wife and I, known as the "Traveling Ricans" have never been so impressed with the team at RV One Supercenters. From the beginning the sales Representative Mr. Tod Farnham was attentive and very receptive to our needs. He provided all the correct answers to our questions and when in doubt consulted with his team to assist in making this transition smooth. He went out of his way and provided that... extra mile so that we would feel comfortable with this deal. The General sales manager Mr. Gerardo Guardiola and GM Mrs Cindy Wolfe made this deal happen when we thought it was not possible because of our budget and the managerial team and finance team guru Mr. Javier Castello made it possible for us to obtain the loan.... From there we were very impressed with the service Department who prepped ad provided one of the best walk through's I have ever been through... Very knowledgeable staff and were very thorough in their certification. Their mechanic Mike Smith and Foreman Eric Hodes were there to assist us also with issues related with fixing and updating on the coach. Manager Ashlyn Straughan was very cooperative and we feel she was instrumental in assisting the managerial team to transition from sales to delivery flawlessly... I also want to thank Mr. Jason Alamina in his assistance with our Road master towing equipment who I referred to as the GURU in towing equipment.
